Appearance

A young, handsome and lean appearance, much of which he inherited from his mother, Cal differs from the average dragon whom are usually much taller and broader. A fringe of hair covers the right side of his face, partially obscuring the right eye and the scar that runs vertically down it. A pair of curved, dark green horns jut out from his temples, one of the few draconic features that are always present along with his long tail and three taloned on his feet. His wings are a lighter green with a blue trim, usually hiding them except in certain situations, fully capable of encompassing himself or another like a blanket.
While mostly hidden by his clothes and relaxed posture, Cal does possess a respectable amount of muscle on his torso and legs; not too dissimilar to a middleweight MMA fighter. His entire body littered by numerous scars, serving as a reminder of all his experiences for all to see.For attire, Cal wears a variety of outfits, usually ranging from being more modern to fitting right into a more fantasy/medieval setting. However he does tend to wear the outfit as seen in the picture above. All of his clothing is made from a blend of his scales and unique silks, allowing them to serve as both a pseudo armor and be self repairing.
Backstory
The drake (dragon-human halfbreed) son of the dragon empress Kaidya Syldraz and human battlemage Marius Vax. Not born with the name he currently has, it having belonged to his half sister, Cal Azi. The story of the half dragon begins with him being known as Rai Syldraz.Early life for him wasn’t… smooth. Due to nature of his Warp Tlahtok, Rai had many difficulties growing up. After the first random warp incident nearly left him dead, he spent his first years of life in fear and always at the side of one of his family members. This was often his sister, whom he was closest to otherwise it was Marius whom the young drake was in the company of. If only others realized just what horrid acts that man had committed towards his own son…However those horrific acts were revealed when Rai turned five, the drake warping back just as Marius had torn off the his wings…
Right in front of his sister.How that man managed to survive and escape is still a mystery.
Yet it didn’t matter as all focus went to the dying, wrecked child…
The young drake now forever traumatized, his wings now something he’s afraid of anybody touching other than the most close and trusted people.The next year spent solely in the company of either his sister or mother, the young drake slowly began to recover. Regaining the old smile and joy he held… l
But again the actions of his father came in to shatter that peace and happiness.Marius shattered the young drake’s soul, requiring his sister’s sacrifice to save in order just hold together what was left. That was the day Rai Syldraz had ceased to be and that Cal Azi was forgotten by all but Kaidya.From that point onward…
Cal Syldraz was born.
A fragmented soul, barely held together by the soul of another.With memory of his sister gone from his mind yet the memory of his father committing some sort of atrocity towards him on top of the actions prior to that, Cal would spend the next seven years of his life training…
And then became the youngest dragon in history to complete the Tlahtok Trials. A traditional rite which all dragons go through in order to be acknowledged as fully mature and capable of flying their own path.From there, Cal set to travel across all the Realms and beyond, the remains of his sister’s Azure Breaker reforged into a blade. While the prospect of the boundless experiences to both grow wiser and stronger was a strong motivator already, there was an even greater one… to find Marius.Though a majority of adventures were a result of his Warp being unstable, Cal managed to become a hunter not too long into this journey. With the number of missions he’s taken across the multiverse hunting down every many of monster and person, it is no wonder that the drake is such a capable combatant!Along the way he became apart of a team composing of the seven closest friends he made along the way. More so like a second family, subconsciously coming together to combat each of their own of lonelinesses. The most prominent members being Erando Astra, his best friend and fellow half dragon (half elf), and Kikyo Hara, a human and more importantly his girlfriend.Thus it completely broken the drake apart entirely when all but two were killed after the incident. To this day only Cal, Erando and Kikyo know the full details of that day, the latter of the three wanting nothing to do with the other two afterward. After all… it was and always will be Cal’s fault.The half dragon proceeded to vanish from the annals of history across all Realms. Only appearing briefly back in the hunter’s guild before disappearing entirely once again, earning the moniker of The Lost Hunter. Not even he is aware of how long he spent aimlessly wandering, all of it a total blur for the hunter though he pretends that barely any time passed at all. However, this came to an end when stumbling upon a far off, detached Realm…Without realizing it, Cal had come across the home of the ultimate Primordial slayer… the Mythic Dragon of Fate.
Naax Astra.It was here that he received his next bout of training, one that nearly left him dead several times over… and a new title, The Jade Calamity.
Of course she knew of what he did, the title both a reward and reminder of it.After four years of hardships, he was sent on his way…
New powers and as artifact added to his arsenal. Crimson Haze.From there, Cal returned back to the hunter’s guild he was once apart of so long ago. Now purely as a solo hunter…
Despite the fact he hated to be alone, especially after so long, the drake knew himself to be too much a danger for those around him.And that brings us to today…
Many of the new journeys he’s been on since then. From the restoration of both his soul and memories, to the battles he’s been part of, the friends he’s made, and so much more.Now…

Overall Abilities
Runic Spellcasting
Through the use of his species’ runes, he is able to cast a variety of runic spells. Though unlike other dragons who take their time and aim for a solid grasp of dozens or even hundred of runes, Cal instead focused on a few runes and mastered them to their highest level. With a number of runes under his belt and a variety of creative ways to use them, it is hard to predict what he will use at any given time. Many of runes are mastered to such a degree that he doesn’t even need to speak or gesture to use multiple runes at once, using them to devastating effect with melee combat.Martial Arts
Cal is highly proficient with Draztonian fighting styles along with other martial arts he learned from various masters during his travels, blending the multiple styles into a unique one for himself. While showing a master level proficiency for unarmed/open-hand and specific weapons, his expertise with other weapons lags behind by a little bit. Using whatever fits best in the situation at hand, it is almost impossible to find a pattern as he fights as he has no true pattern to his movements. One moment he can move like a seasoned swordsman who blends magic into his attacks and then the next he is fighting with a ferocity akin to a beast.The styles that most resemble his own:

Cal is able to manipulate his own Drakia, a composite energy made up of Aura and Mana, each of which are derivative spirit energies that resides within nearly all races in Draztonia. In its most base state, Drakia is semi-corrosive, and is especially so against those with divine, demonic or eldritch energy due to generational adaptation and conflict. Over time an individual’s Drakia takes on the traits of their Tlahtok, often times leading to devastating results. While practically endless due to both passively recovering aura and taking in the ambient mana, Cal can and has overexert himself with extensive use due to his hybrid nature, unlike other pure breed dragons who can do so without concern. Cal has learned to become quite efficient with his use of Drakia to overcome that weakness, allowing him to fight for weeks or even months on end. Primarily using raw Drakia to empower his strikes through infusing them with or conjuring claws/talons/blades made from the energy. Overall though, his Drakia constantly and endlessly grows stronger as he ages, trains and survives moments of strife, his potential limitless.__Hybrid Physiology __
Due to being half dragon and half human, Cal gains many of the benefits and weakness from each as well some new ones. An example is Cal’s faster Drakia recovery due to his human side but losing the unique and potent healing factor attributed to dragons by being able to turn their bodies into Drakia. He requires a much higher amount of calories than normal due to his hybrid nature; a combination of the daily requirements of humans and the insane caloric intake of dragons that have yet to reach elderhood. Some other benefits from all this is that he has eternal youth and will perpetually grow stronger as he ages, common traits found amongst dragons.Half-Dragon Adaptation
A particular trait from the humans of the Realms and then further boosted by his Draconic heritage, Cal is able to learn, adapt and grow stronger at an insane rate. Spells, techniques, skill and even some supernatural abilities that could take lifetimes for others to learn and master will only a mere fraction of the time. When he experiences and survives attacks or effects, he will gain a resistance or even immunity to them depending on both the level of power and frequency of exposure.Dragon Senses
As expected as one of dragon heritage, Cal has incredibly heightened senses of sight, hearing, smell and perception, the latter of which allows him to perceive/think and react to stimuli within femtoseconds. Along with that he is an extra sense for all types of energies such as magic, life force and spiritual energy. All of this makes it hard for most to surprise him in a fight, though he tends to mute this senses when in everyday life.
TlahtokAlso known as Draconic Aspects, are an integral part of every dragons existence and soul, representing and enforcing their idealized self onto reality. After the Mythic Dragons devoured parts of the Forvunt and Adhenkara traits from Primordials and Daemons respectively, Tlahtok has been greatly empowered by these other traits.Each dragon always gains two Tlahtok that are usually related to the elements of Fire, Air, Earth, Water, Light or Dark, the latter two being the exceedingly rare. They are capable of gaining more if specific conditions are met; the third coming from understanding and accepting one’s true self resulting in a non-elemental Tlahtok, the fourth by transcending said self which creates an unrivaled Tlahtok of any kind… and a fifth having only ever appeared to only one dragon ever. Every Tlahtok gained will be more rare and powerful than the last, outliers withstanding. While all are powerful there is a level of hierarchy to them, based in terms of versatility, power and rarity. When a dragon gains a Tlahtok, any future one they gain can not be a derivative of or a combination that contains it; an example is Water prohibiting Ice or Steam (Water + Fire) from manifesting later on.A downside of gaining Tlahtok is that it will stunt the growth, understanding and mastery of other abilities, techniques and runes that are unrelated as it is seen as going against one’s true self. Also a dragon must actually develop and grow strong enough before awakening their Tlahtok, though their instincts do push them along the path to obtaining it.By having an Tlahtok, the user gains the following traits in relation to it that grow stronger as they do:- They can convert their Drakia, and thus their bodies, into whatever their Tlahtok is, proving to be more powerful and faster than using runes but at the cost of precision.
- An immutable resistance/immunity to any attacks, effects or abilities.
- An exponential/transcendent increase in potency for attacks, abilities and techniques.
- Partially/Completely nullify any and all resistances, absorption and immunities.
- Unrestricted access to the full capability of one’s Tlahtok, even ignoring power suppression, drainage, removal and nullification.
- Intuitive knowledge and mastery of all related techniques, derivatives and abilities, including casual observation of other similar abilities.

At the moment, Cal has three Tlahtok.Warp
For better or worse…
Everything and nothing can be warped.
Cal’s first Tlahtok, one that hasn’t been seen in the history of Draztonia; making it both a blessing and a curse for him as it is always active and thus requires his full attention. Giving it the name Warp, it currently allows him to travel across and beyond the multiverse, realities and dimensions, being capable of bringing whomever or whatever he wants along with him, either entirely or partially. However, when used he doesn’t go from point A to point B, instead going through all universes, dimensions and realities at once within less than instant before arriving at his destination. Doing so means he experiences all the infinite information of each, such as time dilation, energies, laws and much more. He can’t be stopped from warping nor be forcibly be warped/teleporting, making him able to escape any and all forms of imprisonment and be effectively immune to BFR. Occurring faster than an instant, it allows Cal to make a countless number of warps within a single moment.
In combat, it has proven to be the most deadly and versatile ability that he has. Examples being warping out of the way of attacks, instantly close the distance to his target, swap places with himself and whatever he desires, warp objects or his own attacks around or inside of a target, warp mid-attack to strike at unexpected angles, etc. Lately he has learned to be able to use his Warp in more ways: incorporating it into his natural speed to practically arrive at a location before he even left, and warp his senses allowing him to detect things beyond the current reality/dimension and locate even the imperceivable. He has only just began to scratch the surface of the capabilities of this power, its potential as deep as the abyss.Soul
There lies a Soul within every thing…

While he wouldn’t have gained this aspect normally, due to the circumstances of the way his sister to save his very existence he had gained her Soul Tlahtok. Now his second, Soul grants Cal several overwhelmingly powerful abilities but due to certain mental blocks only has access to defensive and utility abilities. In Draztonia, one’s soul is one of countless fragments of their True Soul, the concept of who they are above all time and space. Cal’s Soul is heavily tied his True Soul, thus protecting much of his existence.
With more training and time, he hopes to gain the offensive traits of Soul, though he does have small inklings of these already appearing.Stardust
From Stars, all are created…
And to Dust, everything will return ..
Awakened when Cal briefly used the power of the White Lantern Ring during the conclusion of #BlackestNight, he obtained his third Tlahtok, Stardust. An Apex Element resulting from the fusion of two evolved elemental Tlahtoks, his original Dust and his sister’s Star. An Apex Element is a power that is unparalleled across all of Draztonia,. Stardust greatly differs from others of it kind due to being the combination of two evolved elements rather than four base elements, thus making it both far more powerful and volatile. Fire, Air, Earth and Light each received an incomprehensible increase in both power and control, even more so for any combinations they make with one another. The restorative and creative powers of Star, and the all destroying nature of Dust are both amplified to a such a degree as Stardust that Cal is able to create and destroy anything on a conceptual level, affecting the very essence (or soul) of what they are. However such a power is incredibly dangerous and hard to contain, the indiscriminate nature being horrifying. Every time he’s utilized Stardust has left him nearly shattered and dead, barely being held together by the very same power. Much time will be needed to fully master Stardust. Unfortunately, obtaining Stardust has made further mastery over Water and Dark impossible to achieve, as the Tlahtok’s sheer might eclipses them.
Immunites
Fire, Earth, Air & Light:
All gained from Stardust, the elements and their derivatives have no effect on him, unless the source is from another dragon with a related aspect, an equally potent entity or himself.Soul:
Gained from Soul, he has an absolute immunity to all soul-based powers and abilities, meaning his soul cannot be manipulated in any way, including absorption, destruction, corruption, alteration, sealing, interference, conversion, etc.. Along with this, his True Soul, an equivalent to his very concept and existence, cannot be altered or damaged in any way. Thus, existence erasure/alteration abilities are nullified when used upon him.Warp:
Due to the strange nature of Warp, the immunity Cal gets from it is equally strange. Primarily he can’t and won’t be forcibly warped against his will, be it temporally, spatially, dimensionally or otherwise. An unintended side effect is that even he may be subject to this in the event of an unstable warp, leaving him stranded in whatever location he ends up in for long periods of time.Time:
Due to having faced multiple foes who’ve have stopped and slowed time, neither no longer have an affected on Cal. Time skip and reversal are still effective, however he is fully aware of what occurs during either of these.Radiation:
The hardiness of a dragon’s physiology and through several experiences, no form of radiation has an effect on him. Effectively negating the aftereffects of nukes and traveling through space.ResistancesLightning:
Bordering on immunity, his scales and Draconic physiology make his body highly resistant to lightning/electric based attacks and abilities.Magic:
A trait gained from to his Draconic heritage, Cal is highly resistant to all forms of magic. With only the strongest forms of magic being able to overcome this resistance, Cal tends to be a mages worst nightmare.Aura:
Like with magic, Cal is also resistant to most forms of aura/ki based attacks, though those with a stronger or denser aura can overcome this resistance.Poison:
While not as strong as his other resistances, he is still able to handle most poisons relatively well and can recover rather quickly from their effects. However, the deadliest of poisons are still dangerous in high enough dosages.Weaknesses
Dragonsbane:
As should be expected, anything that is designed to be or is inherently anti-dragon/dragonsbane will be highly deadly to someone like him even if he’s only half dragon. Being both extremely painful and poisonous to Draztonians, the use of any anti-dragon weapon, magic, poison or other effects will be able to ignore his natural defenses and halt all forms of healing. Though he has gained a instinctual sense to whenever such items or abilities are around him, he exercises great caution the moment it’s revealed in combat.Ice:
The only element he is truly weak to, ice is as equally deadly to him as anti-dragon/dragonsbane, if not more so. Unlike dragonsbane, he lacks an instinctual sense for it. Being capable of piercing through his durability with ease and causing even more pain, Cal tends to go overkill the moment an ice user makes themselves known in a fight.Hyper Specialized:
While it was a tremendous boon, unlocking Stardust as a Tlahtok has severely reduced his arsenal of elemental attacks. Both Water and Dark have suffered greatly due to now being incapable of being improved due to the overwhelming attention and pressure that Stardust commands. As such, if an opponent figures out a way around his primary sources of damage, he is effectively without much options.Drakia Exhaustion:
An issue unique to Cal, it is very possible for him to overstrain his body with too much energy usage. Despite him having the typical boundless reserves of Drakia like other dragons, the human half of his body is usually unable to handle all that energy at once. While endurance and stamina aren’t normally a problem, if too much is used within a period of time, it can exhaust the drake and leave him vulnerable.Warp Instability:
The occasional instability of his Warp Tlahtok is in fact more so tied to the lack of control he has over it, making him refrain from using what is arguably his best ability. When it is unstable, Cal runs the risk of being warped outside the combat zone and land him somewhere that is incredibly hostile and deadly towards him before dropping him right back into the original fight. Instability tends to happen at random and lasts about three days to a week for the world/universe he was in prior to the unstable warp, the ‘random warp’ activating at random or if he attempts to warp while unstable.Recklessness:
Something that the drake had gained over his years, he’s usually willing to put his well-being on the line, be it for the sake of others or during a fight in order to gain the upper hand he’s seeking. By no means is he suicidal, but he’d gladly take a blade through the chest if it means his opponent can’t escape his counter attacks. However this can be used against him if the opponent has a particularly tricky or dangerous on contact effect to their attacks.Emotions and Restraint:
While Cal does have a firm handle on his emotions, he tends to bottle up them to an unhealthy degree. If not properly handled he becomes noticeably less refined and controlled, making it far easier to play right into an opponents hands and becoming a far greater danger to others. If all these emotions erupt at once, he’s at risk of going into his dragon form while in a berserk state. This is the reason why he avoids any form of combat in his dragon form. On top of that he has subconscious and conscious mental blocks on his overall power, greatly restraining himself to a degree far lower than anyone realizes. Both of these combined mean someone can overwhelm him if they’re equal to his more unrestrained powers, let alone his dragon form.
Rune Lore
Runes are the only type of magic Draztonian dragons can utilize due to their composition. Taught to them by their dwarven allies, runes automatically channel their Drakia into magic. All Draztonian runes are merely the imitations of Tlahtok that have existed in the past, making them almost always weaker in every way outside of precision and efficiency which they are superior. Only a very few manage to reach the pinnacle of rune mastery, allowing them to match the capabilities of Tlahtok.It is possible to learn spells from other magic systems by undertaking the arduous task of converting the spell to a usable draconic rune. Runes are the easiest to convert, while spells originating from pure oral or mental based systems are the hardest.Levels of Mastery (Lowest to Highest):Reader - Being the starting point of rune casting, this level is normally seen in practice by those learning a new rune branch, be it hatchlings or young students. Requiring the user to make complex gestures, write and chant the entirety of the rune, it is heavily advised that a dragon does not use this level of rune for battle due to these restrictions.Scryer - While only a single step from before it is still a massive jump nonetheless, being seen mostly used by recruits into the guard/military, adolescent dragons or those who in the civilian sector who slacked on their studies. While now no longer needing to write the rune and instead be able summon it upon their skin/scales, they still need to recite a chant and gesture in order to cast the rune.Runeblade - The most common rank dragons get to, being more than serviceable for both battle and everyday life. Just needing a high level of mastery of just the primary rune, the user is able to shorten the chant to just a few words and a fluid but simple gesture that can be threaded into an attack or set of movements. The user can imbue the property of one rune onto another but with higher focus needed.Rune Knight - The penultimate mastery level, Rune Knight tends to be the gate keeper for the highest level of mastery over the rune arts. Requiring exceptional mastery over a primary rune and one of its three variants, it allows one to be able to cast these rune spells with minimal gestures and just chant the name of the rune spell. Runes at this level are able to be formed and shaped far easier and faster than previously.Runelord - The highest level of mastery that any dragon can achieve, really only being achieved by those with an Aspect for it, those who are supremely dedicated and/or gifted. With the minimum requirements of this rank being having total control over at two of three derivatives and being able to utilize a Chikuatlac, also known as an Ultimate Rune, the pinnacle of runic/elemental techniques. Using chants or gestures will increase the rune's effectiveness by orders of magnitude, though the usage of such is not required as merely a thought is needed. Along with this, runes of this level are able to combine with other Runelord level runes to create an entirely new, more powerful runes/elements.Tlahtok - As stated before, a dragon’s Tlahtok is as much a part of them as their very concept and existence. Through them any dragon carrying a Tlahtok is able to utilize any rune related to an unparalleled level, even beyond that of Runelord. While learning to use runes may seem redundant, the extra precision inherent to them is an obvious draw.
Along with the fact that only those who wield the Tlahtoks are able to combine Chikuatlocs.
Draconic Runes
Fire (Tlahtok)
The most common rune and element of the dragons, each having their own color of fire, Cal’s coming out as an emerald green. With said fire able to rival the heat of creation itself, the addition of his sheer mastery over it only makes it the most destructive tool that he has in his arsenal. Be it fiery constructs, coating himself or his weapons, or for a variety of ranged and melee techniques, there is almost nothing he can’t do with these deadly flames!Derivatives
- Ignite: A bright blue flame that burns tens of times hotter than his regular fire and comes with the unique effect of being able to burn even hotter in a vacuum, underwater or any other location. As a cost, the Fire isn’t able to spread beyond the initial impact zone.
- Hearth: A gentle, harmless white flame that flows within oneself, greatly increasing his overall strength and burning away all forms of curses/debuffs, be they natural or supernatural.
- Mystic: Giving up much of the firepower associated with the element, this violet derivative instead focuses on sapping a foe of their stamina and leaving corrosive burns. A perfect tactic against enemies that wish to stall him out!Chikuatloc
Dragon Flare: A near perfect recreation of the ultimate flames that were wielded the Mythic Dragon Bahamut, Cal’s version takes the form of a pale white fire with a black misty outline. The absolute peak of offensive techniques, with a heat surpassing anything in existence and non-existence, it is capable of burning any and every thing into oblivion. Any sort of immunity, resistance or absorption doesn’t provide even the slightest defense against these flames. It is however a single use attack so he must choose carefully how to utilize its effects, be it a beam, omnidirectional blast or even coating his armament of choice with the flames.Air (Tlahtok)
Being the first rune he learned and mastered, Cal is able to generate and manipulate air to a degree that is comparable if not superior to gods. With any Air technique and spell imaginable under his arsenal, it is no wonder that the half dragon is considered monstrous to face once the wind is in his control. Becoming so in-tuned with this element through his Tlahtok, Cal gained the ability to passively sense shifts in the air currents around him, almost always extending farther than even his impressive eyesight and aura sensing.Derivatives
- Sonic: Grants the ability to generate and manipulate both air pressure and sound waves, and control the ratio between them. This allows sound waves to travel through and overcome the weakness of vacuum due to the air pressure, while increasing its strength, versatility and range by adding air pressure into the sound waves to overcome usual sound based immunities.
- Gale: As a silver mist cloaks the body, dexterity/precision skyrocket to whole new levels. Along with that comes the added benefit being able to breathe in any environment by filtering out harmful substances be they natural or not. Unfortunately this derivative lacks offensive power, thus regulating this to support for himself or others.
- Haze: While still costing more aura to generate, Cal can make use of a lingering dark wind that both chokes the target(s) and makes them take more damage from all sources, including themselves so long as the dark wind is in contact. Even ethereal foes are affected by this.Chikuatloc
Astra’s Breath: The most revered technique of the Air element, named after his master Naax Astra, one of the four Mythic Dragons, representing her absolute dominion over all aspects of air. By becoming the very embodiment of air, Cal’s gains multiple benefits the more aura he puts into the ability. With it being the Chikuatloc he has the most experience in, Cal is able to use it with an almost unnatural ease despite the high level of care required. It is no exaggeration saying that this is Cal’s most powerful singular technique.
- Transforms his entire body into air, making him just as intangible and amorphous as the element itself. He can allow attacks to pass through him or manipulate his new form to maneuver around them to avoid harm entirely. No one singular part of him is more important than another, meaning even traditional decapitation or other normally fatal attacks are no more effective than a strike to the arm. He can recreate any lost/destroyed body part by using air, though this requires a bit of time.
- Grants a tremendous boost in power and control for any and all techniques, abilities or attacks that use or involve Air.
- Enhances his ability to read the winds to such a degree that it becomes a 2 second foresight of all events in a 50m radius that are related to the air, including himself due to his air form; if there are any alterations, he will know what it is, when and where it will happen.
- The final and strongest trait of Astra’s Breath, the ability to fully control the boundary of Air which allows an absolute level of control over every possible aspect of the element itself. Now able to separate air from anything and everything in any way he wants, regardless if it’s physical, spiritual, psychic, empathic, dimensions, knowledge, concepts or any other thing imaginable or unimaginable. He can exactly control what air is being targeted, what it is separated from and to what extent.Earth (Tlahtok)
One of the first runes he learned, its always been a major staple of his arsenal and stands only behind Air for his most used rune. Having mastered it to a point that he can use the Earth rune without a thought even before gaining his Tlahtok, it is no wonder that capabilities with it are instinctual at this moment in time. He is capable of causing massive earthquakes, creating and launching massive pillars/walls of earth and sandstorms that can rip apart even the toughest of materials. He is able to even coat himself with earth, rock and other similar materials as both a strong defense and a way to increase his physical power.Derivatives
- Metal: Capable of manipulating and creating all kinds of metals, he leans more to crafting than combat with this derivative. Acting much like it’s base, Metal is regarded as a near straight upgrade due to now being able to affect metal, though with a greater aura cost to utilize.
- Bone: Allows for the generation and manipulation of bones and their properties, be it his own or anothers. While offensive applications are still there, the primary focus is dramatically increasing defense through bone armor/plating and making bones denser!
- Tar: This derivative allows Cal to create and control viscous tar, primarily used to inhibit a target’s speed and sap them of their energy due to the effects of the sludge. Though it does sacrifice almost all of its attack power, he finds much use for it in many situations.Chikuatloc
Terra Shatter: One of the more. well known Chikuatloc, Terra Shatter is named for the attack that the Mythic Dragon Syldraz used to break into Primordial Realm, Primux. Channeling the energy through his body or weapons, Cal then makes contact with his target of choice be they tangible, abstract or otherwise. The target is then subjected to an infinite number of shockwaves for every instant contact, the aim to shatter the very “conceptual foundations” of the target. This irreparably leaves the very foundation of the target’s being entirely broken, even total reformation/regeneration achieves no results.Light (Tlahtok)
Regarded as one of the two hardest elements for dragons to obtain and learn, Light was once one of the elements he was least proficient in before the events of #WAROFLIGHT. After that and obtaining the Stardust Tlahtok, Light now sits amongst his most versatile and deadly elements.Derivatives
- Aether: Once originally only available to the Primordials, this silver light stands above all other lights. Carrying both greater power, a strong eldritch and weak divine attribute it can pierce resistances and purifies/eradicates all forms of corruption! However usage of this light requires great concentration as it can also harm Cal if not careful.
- Yang: As an aura of benevolent yellow light surrounds Cal, granting both a passive regeneration and an immunity to all forms of illusion, even if said illusions are made into reality. Though use of this will suppress the emotions, lingering afterwards; prolonged use can potentially even permanently remove emotions.
- Smite: A profaned grey light created to be both the great equalizer and revealer of truth, doing so by removing all extra effects such as buffs, debuffs, enchantments and so on! However, this is indiscriminate thus Cal’s rarely used it while in the presence of allies.Chikuatloc
Luminous Revolt: One of the only very few Chikuatloc, Luminous Revolt is both highly regarded yet feared amongst the dragons of Draztonia. By absorbing any and all forms light (be it natural, supernatural or otherwise) within a massive radius, including the “light” of a soul. Cal can make great use of the gathered light in unique ways. Cal can empower himself immensely with this stolen light and can utilize all the abilities and traits from each source of light. Along with this, any damage done onto him will be passed onto the those he absorbed light from.Water (Runeblade)
While not nearly as strong as his four stronger elements, the half dragon has shown some great creativity and utility in using his water rune. While some offensive and defense style techniques are used, Cal mainly uses it to provide a constant source of water and move in the water with no issue.Dark (Scryer)
The second of the two hardest elements to master, Dark is without question the elemental rune he has the least experience in both using and training with. However, it is noted that he still more than capable of utilizing Dark techniques in battle, mainly by firing blades and tendrils of darkness at whatever he desires.
Augment (Runelord)Without a doubt being one of his most versatile rune, the Augment rune is able to augment all of his parameters such as speed, power, abilities, techniques, etc. by several orders of magnitude. The greatest benefit of this boosting technique is that it costs very little aura to use but is counterbalanced by higher physical strain. The augmentations appear as light blue draconic runic tattoos along his body before fading into his skin.Derivatives
- Empower: Allows him to augment other beings and objects, able of increasing their own parameters and capabilities. A premier support rune for when he decides to fight alongside others.
- Enchant: Able to infuse/enchant objects with the effects of other runes and his aura, primarily using this for crafting though it does mean he can make nearly anything a deadly magical artifact of need be.Chikuatloc
Ouroboros: A very dangerous rune developed by Naax herself, it is regarded as one of the truest crystallizations of dragons by breaking pass all limitations including time, infinity and oneself. Cal only uses it in the most dire of situations, drawing out his current hidden potential and focusing it to push himself beyond his normal capabilities. The physical and mental stress is too great to attempt in his human form, so it is only usable in his dragon form…Inventory (Runelord)
The third rune he ever learned, Inventory first acted solely as a way for Cal to store for any sort of physical sentient/inanimate object inside a hidden pocket space within the rune and be able to be instantly resummoned into his hands or anywhere else around him. With his current mastery the capabilities have expanded to store all sorts of energy. He has up to twelve ‘storages’, four of them being dedicated to storing extra draconic aura to be used for either replenishing his reserves or charging full powered high tiered spells or Ultimate runes.Derivatives
- Lock: It is obvious he needs to keep his ‘treasury’ safe from others so he can lock/unlock anything he so desires, even if the lock is biological, metaphysical or technological in nature. A simply yet very effective utility when used correctly.
- Seal: Making his mastery over Inventory well worth it, Seal allows Cal to seal away entire or parts of sentient beings, all types of energy, and even other magic into a object or body. If permitted by Cal, the host body/object can have a portion of or all the power of the sealed entity/energy for a short time. This has allowed for many...unique tactics over the years.Chikuatloc
Fafnir’s Vault: The only Chikuatloc for the Inventory rune, it is fair to call this storage its own dimension. Existing as an endless starry expanse, Cal is able to store anything and everything within this space regardless of its size, composition or even compliance. Once inside, Cal can choose to simply let the items within exist in there…or directly convert them into Draconic Aura for his sole use later. With this, the possibilities of what he can do with it are endless.Communication (Rune Knight)
A rune that allows Cal to communicate directly with another being through a link that is magical in nature, usually both he and the recipients of the rune can mentally or verbally communicate with each other over long distances, bypassing most communication blocks. This also encompassing translation which allows him to understand any language (written or spoken) he comes across while also translating his own speech into what is most comprehensible to others.Derivatives
- Connect: He is able to create a ‘connection’ between the rune and whatever other object, person he keys it to. An example is when he used this to connect the status of his life force to a chain that others can monitor and will know how he is currently doing.
Combinations
Combining two or more runes/elements forms a new, more powerful one. Those of the Runelord level are only able to combine three, Tlahtok holders being free of this restriction. A unique feature is that derivatives have an effect on a combination, each being affected to different degree for every dragon. Thus no two dragons share the exact same set of combinations, nor are any two combinations the same.Any combined rune/element is at the same level of mastery as their components. The combination of two is referred to as a Dual rune/element, increasing its power by several orders of magnitude. Only the six elements are able to combine any further: Evolved for three and Apex for four. Evolved being exponentially stronger than all other Dual elements except for Twilight, and Apex being incalculably more so than all Evolved elements.Something exclusive to those with the correct Tlahtok is possibility to combine Chikuatlocs, using one as the basis before adding in the other(s). Though it takes a tremendous effort to grasp a hold of this, the increase in power is beyond all reason and should be handled with great care!Ash
Rather than Smoke, the common combination of Fire and Air, Cal obtained Ash due to stronger influence of the Mystic and Haze derivatives. Useful in a variety of ways, he can generate and manipulate Ash to do all sorts of things. Create smokescreens, condense ash for deadly attacks or potent defenses, heat it up in order to burn anyone that it touches or cause explosions of nearly unrivaled power, or suffocate anyone that breathes in the ash. However the longer Ash clings to a target’s body, internally or externally, the more debilitating it becomes due to the derivatives’ effects further building onto one another.Magma
A common combination of the Fire and Earth runes, a sign that every derivative of each has more or less equal but low influence, it is the first combination rune that Cal ever learned. With it the half dragon is able to create and manipulate magma/lava in its entirety to cause a variety of effects such as devastating eruptions, entrap opponents, and even manipulate obsidian as he pleases. Leaning ever so slightly towards the Hearth and Bone derivatives, Cal will often times coat himself with lava thus greatly enhance both strength, defense and the other effects to even higher levels!Lightning
Through combining Fire and Light, Lightning is formed! One of two common combinations, it takes the form of a pale blue plasma that burns hotter than any fire and shines brighter than any light. This trait only grows stronger due to the influence of both the Ignite and Aether derivatives! Notably, Cal’s Lightning has an anti-god trait in addition to the anti-evil/daemonic trait that the Aether component held.Magnet
The rarest combination of Air and Earth, a result of having zero influence from any derivative, it is one of the more difficult and powerful elements to master. Magnet allows Cal to generate and manipulate all forms of magnetism, both natural, organic (generated by the electric currents of living beings) or artificial. With this he is capable of demagnetizing and magnetizing anything, able to repel and attract anything he affects in that way. He doesn’t need physical contact to induce these effects though they are applied faster and at a higher potency if done so.Breeze
By combining Air and Light, the gentle Breeze flows; taking on the properties of Sonic and Yang, it is both an invaluable supportive and lethal offensive tool. Capable of healing a target of any wound with the gentle brush of these winds, or becoming a surgical yet fluid laser cutter. Cal tends to use these winds in a more subtle manner, healing unseen injuries, letting a harmless Breeze enter his target’s bodies before eviscerating them from within and much more. However, it can just as easily be as overt as the sun or a hurricane.Crystal
The combination of Earth and Light, it allows for the creation and manipulation of crystals. Be it attack and entrap targets, make weapons and armor, or mimic the properties of any crystal/gemstone he has knowledge of, it is arguably the most versatile of the Dual combinations. A unique trait of Cal’s crystals due to the potent influences of Bone and Yang is that in addition to the normal benefits of the derivatives, the crystals he creates are able to absorb any and all types of energy into themselves. After that, they are able to then either stock up the energy to use for later attacks or reflect it back onto the source of the energy with exponentially greater force.Accumulate
By combining Augment and Inventory to create Accumulate, a rune with the unique property of being entirely internal. Once active the rune stores and accumulates energy by both harnessing the ambient energy around the target and any force that makes contact with them, meaning that anything from a powerful attack to even normal movement is subject to the rune’s influence. As more energy is accumulated, it exponentially enhances the user. If enough of a specific energy is stored, the rune mimics it’s unique properties. However, a great amount of aura needed to maintain this along with a great amount of stress it causes the user. Once the effects are over, the stored energy is released all at once as an indiscriminate large-scale explosion, leaving Cal utterly exhausted afterwards.Zone
A result of Air, Earth and Light being combined, manifesting as either a massive crystalline dome or sphere that contains a pocket dimension that reflects Cal’s mindset. A separate spacial-temporal reality, it serves as shelter, prison and defensive measure all in one. Effectively having full control within the confines of the area, Cal is able to select what goes in or out, what can be seen on either side, what's inside it and what parameters are set within. The exact size of the Zone is unknown, though Cal had once made it large enough to house innumerable galaxies.Dust
The first Evolved Element Cal ever had; being composed of the Air, Fire and Earth, it makes Dust his most destructive non-Chikuatloc technique in terms of power and destructive potential. Creating translucent pale green particles that he is able to manipulate in innumerable ways, there is no way to tell what he will do with them. Once the particles make contact with anything, be it matter or any kind of energy, it totally and irreversibly annihilated in a way similar to antimatter with the exception of one thing: it leaves behind more Dust that can be used to continue attacking. Doing so allows for the ultimate annihilation of anything, and if not controlled, the newly made dust particles will begin destroying everything else around it and spread at a rapid pace. Not even intangible or non-corporeal entities can escape this fate, effectively making even the most impervious of defenses null.Star
The second Evolved Element he obtained, composed of Fire, Air and Light, it is tied with Dust for being his penultimate tool. While belonging to his sister as it was one of her Tlahtok, it is now his due to the connection between the two. Taking any size, color or even shape he desires, Star also allows for the manipulation of any stellar object or energy Cal desires. This allows for a near unrivaled level of possibilities, from stellar attacks, defenses, creation of stellar constructs and much more. While not having the untold destruction capabilities as Dust, the sheer versatility of Star allows it to be placed on the same level as it.
Transformations
Dragonize
By releasing more of his Draconic aura and letting his dragon nature better reveal itself in his human form, Cal is granted immense boosts to all his attributes and abilities, primarily those related to his Tlahtok. As a side effect of using it, his current draconic features are made more apparent; scales forming along his arms, legs and cheek, sharper teeth, claws replace hands and his wings are fully unveiled and larger. Another side effect is that he grows from his normal height to 7’8” (233 cm).Though weaker than the Augment rune, it is still his most utilized power up due to it being a natural ability of his thus having zero physical drain.

Dragonization Overdrive
A combination of the Augment Rune and Dragonize, this is the furthest he can go without needing to use any ultimate rune/technique or piece of equipment. With both techniques stacked on top of each other, it is no wonder that his overall parameters and abilities skyrocket. The low cost and lack of strain that both techniques provide mix together into this transformation, allowing him to remain in this form indefinitely if he so chooses. While in this form his aura shifts from emerald to sapphire and his wings become ethereal.

Dragon
While his human form is a fully grown and matured man, Cal’s dragon form is a bit of a different story due to being quite young and small compared to many other dragons. With that in mind, he is a bit larger than the largest of recorded orca but can grow several times larger.
It speaks great volumes on the difference in sheer power and skills between his human and dragon forms, far surpassing the very peak that his human form can achieve, (outside of utilizing Crimson Haze). With his dragon body radiating Drakia, is even easier to use several of Tlahtok related abilities. He can still utilize the effects of his weapons by replicating their properties through his claws, fangs and in any Tlahtok related attack.
Sacrificial Body: ApotheosisThis form has yet to be unleashed, the grave warnings given to him by his master keeping it that way.All that is known about the final stage of Crimson Haze are three things: he only has two uses of the form, ever, the cost of using it is immense and permanent, and that the power obtained transcends all boundaries and limits.Only the most desperate of situations will ever tempt Cal to utilize this form, and even then he may not choose to use it.
Weapons



Azure Breaker
Azure Breaker has been with Cal from the start of his journey across the realms, marking it as both his primary weapon and the tool he most values. With all the constant upgrades over the years, Azure Breaker’s current and likely last form is a segmented, single-edged sword with the ability to seamlessly morph the blade between three stages. While composed of many materials, there are three that are more important and integral on both a practical and personal level; the blade fragments of the original Azure Breaker that was one his sister’s, the spine of an Eldritch god that makes up the blade’s core and finally a ribbon that carries the blessing of his friend, the Goddess Ereshkigal. Each representing a major turning point in his life and growth as a fighter and person, they also play a major role in the weapon’s abilities. With all this in mind, it is no wonder that Azure Breaker sits as his penultimate weapon within his melee arsenal.Abilities:
- “Soul Breaker”
Two abilities that Azure Breaker retained after it’s original form was broken, both are referred to as “Soul Breaker” yet are restricted to two different forms.
1. When in its second form, a longer blade with openings to the eldritch spine within, it is capable of inflicting wounds that are unable to ever be healed or regenerated, regardless of the power behind them. Even if an ability is used to ‘reverse’ or ‘undo’ the wound, it will still remain. Healing can resume only when Cal decides to.
2. In its third form, now curved and able to extend out like a whip, Azure Breaker is imbued with a spiritual edge. This grants it the ability to directly sever the spiritual connections within and around a target, thus making these ‘severed’ connections, limbs and organs inert and rapidly rot away even if they are physically healed. If the heart, brain or spiritual core is severed, then the target is instantly killed if they aren’t able to survive without it.- “Kur’s Protection”
Gained through Ereshkigal’s ribbon, the sword partially counts as a divine weapon due to it being wrapped around the handle and thus grants her blessing. Normally giving a strong boost to his defense, speeds up the charge time of his Ultimate Runes and increase his overall vitality, if he is within the Underworld then the benefits only greaten.- “The Eclipse’s Legacy”
Through imbuing the spine of an eldritch god who embodied the shadow of an eclipse, Azure Breaker boosts to Cal’s overall speed/reaction by making him “as quick as the fleeting shadow.” Along with that, the sword passively holds the “Eldritch Slayer” trait which makes it able to bypass the defenses of, gravely harm and potentially kill eldritch entities.

Light Echo
One of the most powerful weapons that Cal made from scratch, Light Echo serves as the weapon he used for more serious fights. Made from the remains of the first god he slayed, a deity of smiting and light, and the celestial metal Aetherite, the longsword is incredibly thin and effectively weightless. The sword has become a staple of his arsenal, even as many other weapons have come and gone.Abilities:
- “Celestial Might”
Being a divine weapon of light, the blade grants Cal a 10 times boost to the attack potency of his physical, rune and aura based attacks. If Light runes (or their variants/combinations) are channeled through the blade, the boost is quintupled.- “Echoes of Life”
An ability that passed down from the deity into the blade, allowing for the creation of
duplicates or “Echoes” of its wielder. Every Echo is identical to the wielder in every way, each able to act and think independently yet are subconsciously connected. Currently only 5 can be created at a time, lasting until they are either dismissed or are defeated in battle.- “Light’s Edge”
What makes Light Echo a truly deadly offensive weapon is its ability to cut anything by phasing through it and severing atomic bonds. This also means the sword to bypass/negate the intangible nature of any target, thus allowing him to harm entities who have no physical form.- “Duality Slayer”
A unique trait gained through Light Echo’s creation it has a rare “Slayer” trait; dealing greater damage against and ignoring the defenses of undead, demons and dark-elementals, and dealing full damage to deities regardless of their resistances and immunities.

Ryufeyn
Ryufeyn is the heaviest weapon that Cal has ever made yet he still wields it with ease. Primarily taking the form as a bō and able to instantly split into a three section staff, it provides a great amount of versatility for both midrange and close range combat. Made from a highly dense dragonsbane alloy and infused with the cores of numerous lightning beasts, it is serves as the only answer he has to Draconic foes.Abilities:
- “Kin Slayer”
As expected from being made from highly dense dragonsbane metals, the anti-dragon properties it the ability makes any attack bypass the natural defenses and deal greatly increased damage to all things related to dragons. Along with this, the weapon does give off an aura that instills fear to every dragon within a large radius including himself. These traits can be switched off at will, especially in the cases where he’s facing off against non-dragons.- “Raging Storm”
Utilizing parts of several lightning using monster species, it constantly builds up lightning energy and acts like a lightning rod, allowing it to absorb electricity and further increase its striking power. He can utilize the stored lightning in a variety of ways, such as augmenting to his strikes, release concussive lightning blasts, construct additional parts made of lightning along the weapon or release the energy all at once in any of those manners.

Blue Lantern Ring
The latest addition to his arsenal, gained after the events of the #WAROFLIGHT, choosing to keep the Blue Power Ring for several reasons...
Considered to be one of the most powerful weapons in the realm it comes from, the ring stands as one of his most versatile pieces of equipment, with all the functions and abilities lies it has innately. Many of the blue hard-light constructs he creates tend to be more fantastical or warrior-esque in design , such as ballista, swords, bows and so on.With more training and time, he hopes to fully master the item that he now calls his own. One of the biggest limitations of the ring is the necessity for a Green Lantern’s presence for the full range of abilities to be opened up…he’s currently trying to find a way to get around this weakness.
Crimson Haze
A concept given from, a blight to all things that exist and don’t exist, to call Crimson Haze a weapon would be a grave mistake. The most powerful piece of equipment in Cal’s arsenal, it was gifted him by Naax as a reward for passing his initial training with her. Forged with three most noteworthy materials, those being Naax’s fangs, scales and the crystalized form of her Aura. Even a single material from a Mythic Dragon would create an item unrivaled, three of them in this artifact is outright overkill.

“First Fangs: Rend”
‘In fury, my fangs sink into prey.’Uttering this chant undoes the seal on the artifact, and so Cal draws Crimson Haze from a hidden realm. The first of three forms, its initial state takes on the appearance of a stylized crimson samurai mask that resembles a dragon’s mouth. By jus donning the mouth piece, it already surpasses all his other power ups by several orders of magnitude. Resonating with Naax’s draconic aura that inhabits the artifact and focusing it through his body, the crimson aura grants him the ability of eroding the boundaries between dimensions, logic and fate while also resisting similar effects. However the cost of using the First Fangs is massive, straining his body to the breaking point and draining his aura reserves as if it were eating away at his life force. At the current time, he can maintain Crimson Haze for thirty minutes.Abilities
- “Celestial Hunter”
Naax is hailed for being the greatest killer of Primordials, so it is natural that something made by and from herwill be an equally transcendent slayer as well. Exceeding even the highest grade of “Slayer” causes Cal to deal incalculably more damage towards and negate all forms of immortality: gods/goddesses, demigods, eldritch beings, and all their champions, vessels and those receive their blessing/favor. Furthermore, each strike against said targets nullifies one of their abilities during the time he wields the blades.- “Grazing The Boundary”
Coalescing Naax’s aura into his weapons and attacks, the omni-eroding energy allows Cal to slash through any boundary, be it spatial, temporal or dimensional. This allows Cal to slice through and shatter effectively anything by generating devastating yet precise rifts along the pathway of his attacks!- “Fate’s Ichor”
The strongest ability of First Fangs, the maw is constantly into Fate itself, allowing Cal to “taste the blood of his fate.” Granting a 5 second precognition, he is able to foresee his own fate and thusly can take action to alter, avoid or insure it comes to pass due to “wounding it.” Even if time or fate is reversed, erased or changed during that period, he will still see what exactly occurred. However, he only has access to two minutes of precognition per use of the artifact.

“Voracious Maw: Devour”
’Rending my own flesh, I shall devour theirs.’Growling this chant and then biting into one or both arms depending on which form he’s in, Crimson Haze is “fed” and undoes the second seal itself. The newly formed maw gauntlet(s) that takes over entirety of the limb and replacing it with a combination of armor, scales, sinew and solidified aura. Resembling a dragon’s head, it looks like a mix between Cal and his master Naax’s dragon forms. From the maw, he is able to generate massive amounts of Naax’s aura for several uses, ranging from powerful blasts to forming blades and claws. By unleashing the weapon’s second form, previous abilities evolve and new ones appear. The boost now immeasurable, it allows him to rocket pass previous limits. However the overwhelming boost comes at a tremendous cost; the potential loss of the arm and the “shutting down” of his Warp Tlahtok while the artifact is active, this cost also extends to all other versions of Cal across the multiverse, barring them from using any version of Crimson Haze and their own Tlahtok during this time window. Upon the battle’s conclusion, Cal is put into a near death state for weeks on end to allow his body to recover from the strain and Crimson Haze as a whole is absolutely sealed away for several times as long. It is incredibly rare for him to consider using this form, let alone make actually use of it.Abilities
- “Celestial Decimator”
An evolution of “Celestial Hunter”, this trait expands into completely nullifying all the abilities and skills that the weapon’s primary targets hold, no matter how far above they are to the him. During this time, even adaptation and skill/ability creation are useless as they are “decimated” down to their very core. Even reality warping, logic breaking, conceptual level abilities are subject to the Voracious Maw. Against those outside of this weapons main targets, they simply receive increased damage and have a single ability or skill permanently nullified if struck.- “My Maw Devours All”
Naax’s fangs were always known for always piercing through all forms of defense, so Crimson Haze carries that very same trait. Always capable of dealing full damage, it is able to bypass invincibility, tangibility, damage reflection and damage reduction/negation, even if on a conceptual level. In fact, the stronger an opponents defense is, the more powerful an attack is.- “Fate Eater”
An evolution of “Fate’s Blood”, the precognition is extended to 20 seconds and has access to a full four hours of cumulative time, along with this evolution he gains two new abilities. Th first is that he can maul entire portions of Fate, seeing all possibilities during his precognition and be able to tear it apart, thus negating any and all actions and effects of his choosing that take place. While this ability can be used endlessly within the four hours, each use reduces amount of time he is able to foresee until it’s effectively zero. The second is that the gauntlet essentially devours Cal’s Fate during the whole process, thus making him imperceivable/immune to all forms of fate manipulation and precognition.- “The Devourer”
A weaker imitation of Naax’s Tlahtok, Devour. This trait provides a way to devour any ability, trait or skill from an opponent by “feeding” on their true essence when they are in contact with the gauntlet or it’s aura, no matter how far above they are to the him. The secondary effect of this trait grows stronger the closer a being is to a deity or eldritch entity, ranging from making full or better use of the stolen traits permanently to having weaker variants of them for a brief time. An added benefit of this is that it also replenishes his aura, stealing away the life force and other types of energy from the target.
Armor


Azure Protector
Cal tends to not wear armor of any kind unless counting his scale woven clothing, yet when the time came to don a set, he came up with the idea for Azure Protector. A set of armor made from the combination the Blue Lantern Ring and Azure Breaker through extensive use of his Stardust Tlahtok. Changing appearance depending on if worn in human or dragon form, it is made of a mix of hardlight, metallic alloys, bone and Stardust, the resulting material is both yet neither organic or inorganic. As a result of perfectly mixing the abilities of Azure Breaker and the Blue Ring, the overall capacities of not only the original traits but also any new ones are enhanced to a whole other level.An important thing to note is that the drawback of the Blue Lantern Ring’s powers needing to recharge and it’s offensive capabilities restricted without the presence of a Green Lantern’s light, are nullified completely due to this process and fueled by himself! However as of this moment, he can only use the armor for five minutes as the strain from Stardust is too much for even for the enhanced healing of the Blue Light of Hope.- “Paragon”
Utilizing and then subverting the offensive traits of “Soul Breaker” from Azure Breaker, this new ability allows Cal to draw power from the hopes and souls of all entities, even if they aren’t directed towards or through him. This enhances the parameters and abilities of all allies within range while also granting them a defensive barrier and a constant healing! The same applies to him, the effects growing exponentially stronger for every person affected! As to why that is…what else are hopes and souls but things that allow one to achieve the impossible!The already incredible healing capabilities of the ring are now amplified greatly, now allowing for the absolute purification and restoration of the body, mind and soul.- “Ravager”
On the flip side, by subverting the empathetic abilities of the Blue Ring, Cal is able to now directly attack, drain and destroy a beings hope in specific things. An inverse of “Paragon”, he is able forcibly drain the Hope, souls and vitality of any being within his range, targeting even the ‘hope’ one has in their plans, actions and beliefs. A tactic reserved to either be merciful or merciless. The effectiveness and speed of this drain depends on both the proximity to himself or his constructs, and what Cal targets.If taken too far, Cal runs the risk of destroying all the Hope in a target and reducing them to an apathetic mess. If done alongside with their soul, then the target can crumble away into nothingness. Hence why even the usually relentless drake doesn’t make use of this unless left with no choice.- “Enhanced Constructs”
Now fully free from being unable to mimic other forms of energy, the constructs are now made from the blue light of Hope and his Stardust Tlahtok. This extends even to the armor itself. Doing so allows for even greater creativity and capabilities, outpacing previous energy constructs!- “Malleable Form”
Due to the unique nature of the armor’s creation, Cal is actually able to even shift the size, density and shape of it with ease, much like how he can do the same for the constructs he creates. Through this, he is even able give the armor additional defensive, offensive and utility properties if the need for it arises, be it an extra set of limbs or extend them, make it incomprehensibly dense or insanely massive. The only restriction in place for this ability being that he can’t shrink the armor beyond his current physical size.
Powerscaling
Cal is expected to grow stronger through development and training, as such this is simply a current look at how powerful he is. Though keep in mind that Cal does hold back severely in most instances due to both conscious and subconscious mental blocks, to the point of being far weaker than stated below. (AKA: It is very much viable to have an equal stats fight with him under the right circumstances.)
